AUTHORIZING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH
THE CARTERET REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, the Carteret Redevelopment Agency desires to eater into an Interlocal Service
Agreement with the Borough of Carteret for the services of a part time Assistant Executive
Director, and;
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret currently employs Peter Agliata who can serve in the
position, and
WHEREAS, the salary for the part time Assistant Executive Director shall be $12,000.00 per
year; and.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret that the Borough shall enter into an Interlocal Service Agreement with the Carteret
Redevelopment Agency in the amount of $12,000.00; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Borough of Carteret shall bill the Carteret
Redevelopment Agency for reimbursement of the above annual salary effective October 24, 2022.
