North 770 45 ' East 346 . 66 feet to the real point of be-
ginning; thence North 770 45 ' East 85 feet; thence South
120 15 ' East 160 feet; thence South 891 28 ' West 85
feet; thence North 12° 15 ' West 156 feet to the place
of beginning.

A tract of land in the SE4-SW4 of Section 9 , Township 18
North, Range 3 East, B.M. , described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said SEhSWk of
said Section 9; thence East 90 feet along the North 3
t boundary thereof to the real point of beginning;
thence South a distance of 60 feet; thence West a dis-
tance of 60 feet to the East boundary of First Street;
r thence South a distance of 172. 9 feet; thence East a

Release of Federal Interest
Dear Ms. Coyle:
We are in receipt of an inquiry from the City regarding release of the federal interest in the
subject facility. Per 13 CFR 314.10(b), EDA releases all of its Real Property and tangible
Personal Property interests in the project. Therefore,the City may utilize the facility however it
deems appropriate.
