SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City GIS Department has been in place for a little over 10 years supporting all departments within the City organization as well as the public. ESRI is the primary GIS software provider
for the GIS field. While there is no explicit contract to be signed, the City is subject to ESRI’s standard terms and conditions (attached) and ESRI requires the City to electronically
accept those terms each year, therefore Council approval is requested. This year’s renewal payment is the same as last year.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve ESRI terms of use and annual payment and authorize the GIS Analyst / Manager to electronically accept the terms.
