This is the first local housing deed restriction and reimbursement that will be implemented and was previously approved by Council on July 9, 2020. The attached Local Housing Deed Restriction template has been revised to reflect the actual purchase price of the townhome, $307,000. The previously approved deed restriction listed the base price as $250,000.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Amended Local Housing Deed Restriction for West Central Mountains Housing Trust and allow Mayor to sign all necessary documents.  RECORD OF COUNCIL ACTION  MEETING DATE ACTION  July 9, 2020 Council approved the West Central Mountains Housing Trust deed restriction as well as the purchase order for $10,000 in accordance with the Local Housing Incentive Policy Resolution.
