SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The West Central Mountain Housing Trust has voluntarily agreed to place the attached deed restriction on the townhome unit located at 117 Broken Pine in the new Broken Ridge subdivision
located off Boydstun Lane per Resolution 19-02 Local Housing Incentive Policy. This is the first local housing deed restriction and reimbursement that will be implemented and was previously
approved by Council on July 9, 2020.
The attached Local Housing Deed Restriction template has been revised to reflect the actual purchase price of the townhome, $307,000. The previously approved deed restriction listed
the base price as $250,000.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Amended Local Housing Deed Restriction for West Central Mountains Housing Trust and allow Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
