SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This agenda item is a request for approval of a proposal for engineering services for construction engineering and inspection (CEI) for the Legacy Park Intake Station Reconstruction
Project. The construction contract for this project was approved at the 8/24/20 City Council meeting. This proposal will allow the Project Engineer, Project Architect, structural
engineer, and SCADA engineer to assist the City and the Contractor to complete the project in accordance with the project plans and specifications and DEQ requirements.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the proposal for engineering services for Clear Solutions Engineering in the amount of $44,159 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
