SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Last year the Porous Pave company did a test area of cart path at the Golf Course where the pressure sewer line had been repaired and the path removed. The Pathway was not wide enough
and was damaged during winter snow removal. The agreement with Garden Valley Cottages would widen and patch the existing path to make it match the width of the other paths and help
with snow removal.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the service agreement with Garden Valley Cottages, LLC to widen and overlay Porous Pave cart path in front of 7 Birch Tee and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
