SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A topographic and detail survey of south side of the clubhouse is needed for a new handicap ramp. This project is in the CIP to replace the ramp because the existing doesn’t meet code
and is falling apart. The survey is needed as part the engineering and design in the FY20 budget. Construction is in the CIP in FY21.
The attached service agreement has been reviewed by the city attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve a Service Agreement with Skiftun Land Surveying for a topographic and detail survey for new clubhouse ramp and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
