SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Two revisions to the Consultant Services Agreement with Bill Flood for a McCall Public Art Plan, approved by City Council on July 23, 2020, are presented in the attached amended Consulting
Services Agreement:
The completion date is extended from September 30, 2020 to December 31, 2020. The Consulting Services Agreement presented to City Council on July 23, 2020 incorrectly stated the services
completion date of September 30, 2020 in section 1(a)B.
The contract amount is reduced by $1000 to allow the City of McCall to directly utilize these funds for public outreach marketing efforts. This contract reduction is approved and supported
by the consultant.
Attached find the amended Consulting Services Agreement and associated Exhibit A.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Amended Consulting Services Agreement with Bill Flood for a McCall Public Art Plan and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
