RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING AND LETTING
OF THE 2012 INDUSTRIAL PARK WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROJECT IN AND
FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, the CITY of TIFFIN, Iowa will set the date for the Public Hearing and
Letting of the 2012 INDUSTRIAL PARK WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROJECT in and for
the CITY of TIFFIN, Iowa.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIFFIN, IOWA:
The date for the Public Hearing of the aforementioned project is set for August 8th, 2012
at 7:00 P.M.
The date for the Letting of the aforementioned project is set for August 8th, 2012 at 7:00
P.M. Sealed proposals for the construction of said improvements will be received by Hart-
Frederick Consultants located at 510 State Street, Tiffin, Iowa, until 4:00 P.M. on August 8th,
2012.
