A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA; AUTHORIZING
THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO RESEARCH THE VIABILITY
OF LIGHTING THE VILLAGE GREEN; PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Key Biscayne finds the need for additional
lights on the Village Green.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Village Manager is authorized to research the viability of lighting the
Village Green and report back to Council within 90 days with estimated costs and other related
issues on this matter.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January , 2001.
