SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Irby Company supplies materials used in the deployment of fiber technologies. We are purchasing fiber splicing cases and raw fiber from them. These terms have been reviewed by the
City Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Irby Company terms and conditions and authorize the Finance Director to open an account.
