SUMMARY STATEMENT:
In November 2018, McCall City Council approved an Enterprise Software License Agreement with ArchiveSocial. The contract was written with the provision to allow for “Licensee may elect
to renew this Agreement thereafter for successive periods of 1 year (each, a "Renewal Term") by providing written notice of renewal to Licensor at least 30 days prior to the scheduled
expiration of this Agreement.” Staff is requesting the renewal of the agreement for one (1) year. This expense is accounted for in the FY21 budget.
Attached is a copy of the agreement and the renewal.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Amendment No. 2 To Enterprise Software License Agreement Renewing the Enterprise Software License Agreement with ArchiveSocial and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
