SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the November 19, 2020 City Council meeting, a duly noticed Public Hearing occurred on Airport Fees. The City complied with Idaho Code 63-1311A, by placing a Public Notice in the Star-News
November 5, 2020 and November 12, 2020 announcing a public hearing on November 19, 2020 to consider changes to the Airport Fees.
Changes to the fee structure involve: 1) the Daily Aircraft Parking rate, 2) the CPI adjustment to the ground lease rate, 3) Lease Documentation fees, 4) and authorization to reimburse
Staff time for projects overseen by Staff for Airport Tenants. A detailed description of the proposed changes is included in the attached Airport Fees Memo. Details of these proposed
fees are also included in the attached Airport Fees Memo.

Hold the Public Hearing
Approve Resolution 20-23 adopting the McCall Airport fee schedule and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
