The McCall City Council adopted an ordinance rezoning the property from R-1 Residential to CC- Community Commercial The ordinance adopted on July 11, 2019, was not published nor recorded and the time has passed for publishing that ordinance such that a new ordinance is required in order that that rezone will be effective. During their regularly scheduled May 7, 2019 meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission directed staff to prepare findings of approval and on June 4, 2019, the Commission unanimously recommended the applications related to this rezone ordinance for approval to the McCall City Council. Attached is the Ordinance  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Suspend the rules and read by title only, one-time only Ordinance ____. Adopt Ordinance No ____ Rezone, Approve the publication of the summary, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
