At the October 30 joint meeting with the Library Board of Trustees, Council reaffirmed the Annex building site for the Library Expansion and directed staff to evaluate options to finance a move of the Parks Maintenance Department out of the Annex building independent of a future Library Expansion bond measure. The presentation will consist of: Overview of proposed Parks Facility at Central Idaho Museum site (Kurt Wolf, Park & Rec Director) Overview of external financing options (Christian Anderson, Zions Bank) Overview of internal financing options (Linda Stokes, Treasurer and Anette Spickard, City Manager) Find attached the Library Board of Trustee’s Memo, Relocation Designs, and Project Estimate.
