SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Clerk’s Office has identified 22 boxes of documents that have exceeded the retention time limits established by the City’s records management policy. Resolution 20-29 will authorize
the City Clerk to destroy the identified records of no historical significance.
Attached is Resolution 20-29 and Exhibit A – Box Contents for Destruction.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 20-29 authorizing the destruction of documents and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
