Newly created Parcel A, which includes the portions of vacated Fir Street with the property immediately south, will total 1.28 acres. Parcel B, which includes all of the property owner’s existing parcels east of the newly platted Dawson Ave. with the small portion of Davis Ave. and Wooley Ave. rights-of-way, will total 2.39 acres. During their regularly scheduled November 3, 2020 meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended both applications to the McCall City Council for approval. Find attached the staff report, draft Findings, and application materials.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Hold Public Hearing Approve Vacation of Right-of-Way application VAC-20-01 and Subdivisions Minor Plat Amendment SUB-20-02 as recommended by the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
