AMENDING RESOLUTION #22-198
Data of AdoptionNovemb" 21, 2022
WHEREAS, Resolution #22-198 was adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret on September 23, 2022 Designating Redeveloper and Authorizing Execution
of Redevelopment Agreement and Purchase and Sale Agreement with 237 Roosevelt
Avenue Redevelopment, LLC; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of.the Borough that Resolution #22-198 be amended
by designating The One Residential Development, LLC as the Redeveloper for the
properties identified as Block 402, Lots 11, 12, 24, & 25 and Block 305, Lots 3, 4, & 5 as
indicated in Resolution #22-198.
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
Resolution #22-198 be and is hereby Amended to name The One Residential
Development, LLC as Redeveloper with the remainder of the Resolution to stay the
same.
Adopted this 21" day of November, 2022
and certified as a true copy of the
original on November 22, 2022.
