AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 63 -107 TO
CLARIFY AND MAKE CERTAIN NO LOTS SHALL BE DE-
VELOPED OR CREATED HAVING LESS THAN 35 FEET MIN-
IMUM FRONTAGE IN CONFORMITY WITH ORDINANCE NO.
63-103.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Sections 500 (c) and 500 (d) of Ordinance No.
63 -107 are hereby repealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temple City, California at a regular meeting thereof held this
9th day of September , 1963 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Dickason, Fitzjohn, Merritt, Tyrell,
Nunamaker
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
