Prayer was offered by Mayor Hyder.

I Councilmen present: Barry, Borgmeyer, Brant, Gordon, Hager, Manes,
Roll II McDowell, Robinson and Wildhaber.
Call ?'Councilmen absent: Whitecotton, absent with leave.
A quorum was declared present.
The Special Council Meeting was called for consideration of bids
for resurfacing runway and installation of runway lights at the
Jefferson City Memorial Airport,
The following bids were received for the installation of runway
lights:
Opening Meyer Electric $ 29,887.35
of Grimm Electric 560610.60
Bids . Capital City Electric Co, 28,602. 35
Howerton Electric Co. , Inc, 34 502.65
Sam D. Ellis, Inc, 32;924,45
The following bid was received for resurfacing a runway at the
Airport:
Jefferson Asphalt Co. , Inc, $ 211,497.42
Councilman Borgmeyer moved that the low bids be accepted, subject
to confirmation of E.A.A. Motion passed. .

Councilman Hager moved that the Council adjourn, under the rules. j
