AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND/OR APPROPRIATE
BOROUGH OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF 35 & 37 LOUIS STREET
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and/or the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Warren and Monica Jagger, owners of 35 Louis Street and John and
Mary Garbarino, owners of 37 Louis Street for the purchase of the same.
Adopted this 8a' day of December, 2022
and certified as a no copy of the
original on December 9, 2022. .
