Opening No bids were received for 10,000 Uniform Traffic Tickets for use
of of the Police Department. {i
Bids. ;Councilman Hager moved that the Police Department be instructed to
corder the necessary tickets . Motion passed.

Planning ;iA request was received from Tom Naught to rezone property known as I
and Zoning :! Sheldon Gentry, located on the north of Ellis Boulevard, and east
Commission. of Christian Church, from "RA" to "C-3" . The request was referred j
to the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Councilmen absent: None.
A quorum was declared present.
Councilman Hager moved that Councilman Nacy be nominated for the Election
office of President Pro Tem. President
Councilman Wildhaber moved that nominations cease and that Pro Tem
Councilman Nacy be elected by acclamation. Motion passed.
(Following the election, Judge Wilson administered the oath of
office to Councilman Nacy.
Councilman Nacy moved that Mrs. Margaret Christian be nominated "Election
for the office of City Clerk. !;City
Councilman Ortmeyer moved that nominations cease and that Mrs . Clerk.
