Spacial Council Meeting, December 4, 1969.
Mayor Pro Tem. Anthony Hiesberger presided.
Roll Call Councilmen present: Borgmeyer, Haake, Hiesberger, Iuen, Kliegel,
Strong, and Wildhaber.
Councilmen absent: Riper, Scrivner and Walther.
A quorun was declared present.

The Special Meeting was called to consider Bill No. 101, relating
to Cable Television and allowing International Telemeter Corporati n
to connect subscribers .
Bill No, Bill No. 101, introduced by Councilmen Iuen, Haake and Wildhaber,
101. entitled:
Television "An Ordinance of the City of Jefferson amending Ordinance 7974,
anchise I the Cable Television Franchise, and approving channels to be carri d,
:.Ordinance, rates, and allowing International Telemeter Corporation to connect
subscribers."
Councilman Wildhaber moved that Bill No. 101 be called up for
third reading and final passage. The motion passed.
Councilman Wildhaber moved that Bill No. 101 be amended by strikin
the period in the last sentence in Section 3 and inserting in lieu
thereof a comma and adding "except for underground installation
charges ."
The motion passed.
Councilman Wildhaber moved that Bill No. 101 be amended by inserti g
the figure "500" in the blank space in line 5, Section 4. The
motion passed,
Bill No. 101, as amended was then placed on final passage and pass d
by the following vote as Ordinance No. 5225 .
Councilmen voting Aye: Borgmeyer, Haake, Hiesberger, Iuen,
Kliegel, Strong and Wildhaber.
Councilmen voting Nay: None.
Councilmen Absent: toner, Scrivner and Walther.
Adjournment. Councilman Strong moved that the Council adjourn, under the rules.
The motion passed.
