and Walther.

A quorum was declared present.
The Special Council Meeting was called by Councilmen Kliegel and Borgmeyer
for the purpose of acting on Bill No. 125, as amended.
Amended Amended Bill No. 125, introduced by Councilmen Kliegel and Borgmeyer, entitle d:
it 0 125. "An Ordinance of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, repealing Ordinance No. 7996
recinct Ord. of the City which established voting precincts in the wards of the City and defining
;the boundaries thereof and enacting a new Ordinance relating to the same subject"'
:Councilman Borgmeyer moved that Amended Bill No. 125 be read the third time 'try
.'title and placed on final passage. The Bill was passed by the following vote,

'Councilmen voting Aye: Borgmeyer, Haake, Hawes, Hiesberger, Kliegel, Stone
and Walther.
