Councilmen present: Bor•gmeyer, halves, Iliesberger, Kliegel, Riner, Stone, Walther and Wildhaber. Councilmen absent: Iiaake and Scrivner, A quorum v✓as declared present. The special meeting was called to discuss matters which were referred to it by the Planning arid Zoning; Cornr.ii8sion. Ted Herron, Executive Director' of tile, housing Authority, explained the need for the zoning changeH and the land usage changes. Planning and The following report of the Planning and Zoning Commission was presented to Zoning Comm. the Council: Report. "At the regular monthly meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission held in the Board Room of the Chamber of Commerce on October 10 at 7: 30 P. M. , the request that had been presented to this body last month by Mr. Ralph Kalberloh of S. S. Enterprises asking for, the Rezoning and change in Land Use of the 600 block of West High Street from high Street to the alley was considered. This body had referred the request to the housing Authority for their consideration and Mr. Herron appeared before the body this evening and stated that the request had been approved by his body provided that adequate parking was provided he then stated that lie was sure that there was adequate parking space. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the request be granted and that the Zoning; be changed from C to D District and that the land use be changed to include Commercial Use. /s/ Jack ,Jordan, Secretary At a regular, meeting of the Jefferson City Planning; and Zoning Commission held at 7:30 P. M. last evening; in the Board Room of the Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Ted Herron, Executive Director of the Housing; Authority of Jefferson City presented requests for rezoning and changes in Larld Use of several parcels in the Campus View Project. Copies of the requests are attached hereto.
