March 18, 1968 Mayor Christy: Your Utilities Committee recommends the following street light installations and payment of existing lights in annexed areas, if they meet with the Missouri Power & Light Master Plan. 1. Turn light around at intersection of Senate Court and Norris Drive and City assume payment of light. 2. Install 6800 lumen mercury vapor light on the pole at Edward Holzem Driveway on South Ten Mile Drive. Respectfully submitted, Robert L.
