Committee presented the following report:
Report. March 18, 1968
Mayor Christy:
Your Utilities Committee recommends the following street light
installations and payment of existing lights in annexed areas, if
they meet with the Missouri Power & Light Master Plan.
1. Turn light around at intersection of Senate Court and
Norris Drive and City assume payment of light.
2. Install 6800 lumen mercury vapor light on the pole at
Edward Holzem Driveway on South Ten Mile Drive.

Bureau.

It is the recommendation of the Commission that the request be
granted.

tions in accordance with recommendations presented to the City
Council by its Committee on Public Utilities, if they meet with the
Master Plan of the Missouri Power and Light Company.

of publication occurring more than fifteen days prior to the date
of the hearing fixed in said notice, wherein all persons were
invited to appear at the time and place of hearing and be heard in
support of or in opposition to the recommendation of the Planning
and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on the 18th. day of March, 1968
has held the hearing at the time and place specified in the notice
thereof and heard all views expressed by everyone desiring to be
heard; now, therefore:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1701 of Article XVII of
Ordinance No. 5880 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, a Special
Permit is hereby issued by the City of Jefferson, Missouri, to Dr.
John I. Matthews, authorizing the use of the following described
as a medical clinic:
"The lot at the Southwest Corner of High
Street and Bolivar Street, in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, on which a house if
