Councilmen absent: Hiesberger, Kliegel, Riner and Van Loo, absent with leave. A quorum was declared present. --------------- :;The special meeting was called to cast up the vote of the City Primary Election ,,which was held March 14, 1967. --------------- 'Mayor Christy appointed the following on the Special Committee to cast up the vote: Special :Councilman Willcoxon, Chairman; and Councilmen Debo and Haake. Committee The Committee submitted the following report: We, your special committee appointed to cast up the vote of the City Primary Election for City Officials, conducted March 14, 1967, wish to report as follows: This report includes the votes received at the polls, absentee votes, total votes, :and the majority vote received by each elected official.
