ROLL CALL Commissioners Seggebruch, O’Rourke, Renzi, Kiefer, Green, Chairman Sobkoviak and the Fire District were present . C ommissioner Heinen, th e Park, School, and Library Districts were absent. APPROVAL OF MINUTES : The Plan Commission minutes from March 4 , 2014 w ere accepted as presented. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mr. Scarcelli thanked the commission for not recommending the site plan and special use for the Triangle Shoppe. D EVELOPMENT REPORT Mr. Garrigan stated the Village Board a dopted the new Single Family Design Standards. OLD BUSINESS None NEW BUSINESS Case No. 164 3 -02 10 14.Z/S U/S PR The Triangle Shoppe Mr. Garrigan stated th e applicant has requested a continuance to the April 1 st meeting of the Plan Commission. Commissioner O’Rourke made a motion to continue this case to the April 1, 2014 meeting of the Plan Commission. Seconded by Commissioner Seggebruch . Vote by roll call: Renzi, yes ; Kiefer, yes; Green, yes; Seggebruch, yes ; O’Rour ke, yes; Sobkoviak , yes . Motion carried 6 -0. Chairman Sobkoviak and Commissioner Renzi mentioned they received an email regarding the Triangle Shoppe which has been made a part of the formal file. D ISCUSSION Commissioner Seggebruch mentioned he had att end ed the Historic Preservation Commission meeting on March 13 th to speak on the building codes and existing building codes for historic buildings . Chairman Sobkoviak stated he had received a mailing for insurance against freezing water mains and suggeste d anyone who receiv es these types of letters to check with the water department before agreeing to this type of insurance.
