Mayor Christy explained that the purpose of the special meeting is to introduce
a Bill pertaining to Daylight Savings Time in Jefferson City.

Relating to Scrivner, Skain, Stone, Van Loo and Willcoxon, entitled:
Daylight "An Ordinance of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to the official time
Savings Time. of the City-
Read first time by title and ordered distributed to members of the Council.
