A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA; ESTABLISHING
THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING
CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS ALONG HAMPTON
LANE, WEST MCINTYRE STREET, AND WOODCREST
ROAD; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 99-4, adopted on May 25, 1999, Section 21-12 requires a public
hearing where Village projects or improvements in the right-of-way require removal of landscape
materials; and__
WHEREAS, the Village wishes to construct sidewalks on portions of Hampton Lane, West
McIntyre Street, Woodcrest Road, and between West Heather Drive and Woodcrest Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a public hearing to approve the proposed sidewalk project for Woodcrest
Drive, West McIntyre Street and Hampton Lane between West Heather Drive and Woodcrest Drive
is hereby set to be held in the Council Chamber, 85 West McIntyre Street, Second Floor, Key
Biscayne, Florida on Tuesday, April 24, 2001 at 7:00 p.m..
Section 2. That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to advertise said public hearing as
required by law.
Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
