Van Loo and Willcoxon. 9 ,!Absent: Councilman Debo, absent with leave. 1 A quorum was declared present. ----------- ,,Mayor Christy explained that the Special Meeting had been called to set the date J . for the bond election relative to Che sebrough-Pond Is, Inc. , and to enact an i1brdinance calling for the bond election. Also to consider two bills concerning lithe acquisition of land by Supreme Court Judge James A, Finch, Jr. , in the liCrystal View Terrace Subdivision. ----------- I'Bill No. 66 introduced by Councilmen Haake and Stone, entitled- Bill No. 66. Tile motion was unanimously adopted and the Bill was read the second time by title. It was then moved by Councilman Ilaake and seconded :'by Councilman Stone that the rules be suspended and that the Bill be read the ;;third tit-no by title and placed on final pasiiage. The motion was unanimously adopted by the Council and the 13111 was read the third time by title and placed '; on final passage. The roll was called on final passage of the Bill with the following result: Councilmen voting Aye: Ilanke, IlaweH, Kliegel, Itiner, Scrivner, Skain, Stolle, Vail Loo and Willcoxon. 9 Councilmen voting Nay: None. 0 Councilmen absent: Debo, absent with leave.
