Wisley of Horner and Shifrin. Mr. Wisely said that the low bid of Roy Scheperle Construction Company was in order. On motion of Mr. Scrivner, the bid of Roy Scheperle Construction Co . was accepted. The motion passed. Bids on Work The following bids for the construction of a work table in Room #6 Table in in the City Hall Building were opened: Room No . 6 Paul Stockman 263.73 Girard Construction Company 435.00 George L. Alberts Construction Co . 229.00 Marcellus H. Markway 285.00 E. G. "Duke" Linhardt Construction Co . 296.00 On motion of Mr. Riner, the bid was awarded to the low bidder, the George L. Alberts Construction Company. The motion passed. Plat of Prints of a plat showing the location of streets, sanitary sewers Capital House and water lines of Capital House Apartments showing the street Apartments rights-of-way and utility easements to be dedicated to the City of Jefferson, was received from P. S. Thomas . The plats were referred to the Street Committee. Parking & Mr. Hawes , Chairman of the Parking & Traffic Commission, submitted Traffic the following report: Commission "The Commission met at 7:30 p.m. , January 20, 1965, in the Council Report. Chambers. Present from the Council were Haake, Van Loo, Hawes and Debo . Dr. Richard Hyleck appeared before the Commission objecting to the elimination of parking in front of his office, as recommended by the Hare and Hare report . Mr. Haake moved that the first phase of the report of Hare and Hare be adopted with the provision that the Market's driveway be moved as indicated and that two parking spaces be reserved for Dr. Hyleck in front of his office. The Parking and Traffic Commission recommends that parking be removed on the south side of the 100 and 200 blocks of East Ashley and that the alley south of these areas be made roadworthy. I . The Parking and Traffic Commission recommends a stop sign" at ' Cherry at High. On motion of Mr. Hawes., the report was adopted. ..The motion passed. Mr. Haake stated that the two parking spaces reserved for Dr. Hyleck :be on a trial basis only. ---------- '.Mr. Hawes., Chairman of the Committee-of-the-Whole, presented the 'Committee-of ;following report to the Council: the-Whole ,"The Committee-of-the-Whole met on Monday, January 25th. at 7:30 p.m. Report. in the Council Chambers . Councilmen present were Kliegelj Hogg, !�Haake., Van Loo, Willcoxon, Scrivner and Hawes . ;Mr. Phil Bauer appeared before the Committee and asked that the hearing concerning Dr. Robinson's sewer be delayed until after March 10th. Mr. Ted Herron and Mr. F. P. Carson represented the Housing Authority in making a number of recommendations which were taken under ..advisement. The next meeting of the Committee-of-the-Whole is scheduled for 'Tuesday, February 16 at 7:30 p.m. , in the Council Chambers . On motion of Mr. Hawes, the report was adopted. the motion passed. ---------- The following report was received from the Planning & Zoning Planning & Commission: Zoning Comm. Gentlemen: Report. This will supplement our letter dated January 15, 1965, regarding the request for a change in zoning at the northeast corner of Dix Road and Industrial Drive.
