I.Mayor Christy explained that the special meeting had been called to approve
!;Special Election Judges and Polling Places.

A quorum was declared present,

ISecond Ward, First Precinct - 218 Capitol Avenue.
VSecond Ward, Second Precinct - Cole County Court House.
'On motion of Dr.. Skain, seconded by Mr. Riner, the voting precincts were
ilapproved. The motion passed.
