Christian had been receiving before being named Actin ity Clerk. - �I On motion of Mr. Willcoxon, seconded by Mr. Riner, the rules were . Report FIVANQE COMITTEE REPORT ii At a meeting held March 5 , 1963 at the City Hall attended by ! Robinson, Kliegel, Willcoxon and Jobe, the two items tendered the j Finance Committee on March 4, 1963 were processed as follows : The firm of Williams and Romack, Certified Public j !; Accountants , were employed to audit the books and ! records of the City Clerk's Office ; this work is to be started March 6, 1963 and the results of this audit are to be reported back to the City Council �i as speedily as possible. j ill The graduated pay scale for the Public Health and Restaurant ii Inspector and/or Licinse Inspector, so designated by ordinance, !( it shall be set out in the following manner. �! $1,950 $4,020 $4,140 $4,260 $4,380 $4,500 ! The above is in addition to $50 per month car allowance. No suggestion was made as to a graduated pay scale for the Public !' Raymond Brummett, President, Jefferson City Real Estate Board, who submitted a list of eleven questions regarding annexation as follows. The Mayor 'i announced that answers to these questions would be furnished. -------------------- On motion of Mr. Willcoxon, seconded by Mr. Robinson, authority Garbage. was given to Mr. Kliegel and Mr. Rose to employ assistance in '( analyzing the performance of the contractor under the present Garbage Contract. -------------------- 11 On proper motion, the Council voted to recess , subject to call of Recess i the chair. -------------------- i
