Special Meeting, August 21, 1962

quorum was declared present.

On motion by Mr. Willcoxon, seconded by Mr. Robinson, vote by Jackson St .
which Jackson Street was made two-way be reconsidered.
On motion by Mr. Willcoxon, seconded by Mr. Robinson, Jackson
Street was made two-way between McCarty and Dunklin Streets
on a temporary basis until Elm Street extension is completed and
then revert to one way between Miller and Dunklin Streets.
The Street Department was instructed to make necessary improvements
at bridge - also no parking in 600 block of Jackson Street .
On motion of Mr. Willcoxon, seconded by Mr. Burkhalter, authority
for printing monthly budget forms whereby each Department Head will
for
one copy with monthly bills and one copy is to be passed
Ground to each member of the council. The Accounts and Claims
Committee will meet from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. each first meeting night
of the Council.
On motion duly made and seconded, the council voted to recess Recess.
