Meeting On motion by Mr . klillcoxon, duly seconded the following meeting Dates . dates for March and April were set: March 26, April 9, and 'April 17, 1962. 7187 ;;The following Ordinance was introduced: Building 7187/ "An Ordinance rebulating the construction, alteration and Code. '.equipment of buildings and other structures in the City of Jefferson, providing for a building official, providing the duties and powers , , of the building official, repealing Ordinance No. 4444 of the City d ;:Jeffers-in and all amendments thereto, and providing a penalty ." ``Read first time at length, second time by title and on motion by Mr. Willcoxon, seconded by Mrs . Fisher, the rules were suspended ` and the ordinance was read the third time and placed on final passage and was passed by the following vote: Ayes: Burkhalter, Fisher, Riner, Scrivner, Vanderfeltz and Willcoxon. 6 Abstaining: Butzer. 1 "Absent : Dorr, Jobe and Klie6el 3 Recess .
