Roll Call. Present: Burkhalter, Butzer, Fisher, Riner, Scrivner, Vanderfeltz
and Willcoxon . 7
Absent: Dorr, Jobe and Klicbel 3
A quoru►n was declared present .
Meeting On motion by Mr . klillcoxon, duly seconded the following meeting
Dates . dates for March and April were set: March 26, April 9, and
'April 17, 1962.
7187 ;;The following Ordinance was introduced:
Building 7187/ "An Ordinance rebulating the construction, alteration and
Code. '.equipment of buildings and other structures in the City of Jefferson,
providing for a building official, providing the duties and powers , ,
of the building official, repealing Ordinance No. 4444 of the City d
;:Jeffers-in and all amendments thereto, and providing a penalty ."
``Read first time at length, second time by title and on motion by
Mr. Willcoxon, seconded by Mrs . Fisher, the rules were suspended
` and the ordinance was read the third time and placed on final
passage and was passed by the following vote:
Ayes: Burkhalter, Fisher, Riner, Scrivner, Vanderfeltz and
Willcoxon. 6
Abstaining: Butzer. 1

Recess . On motion duly made and seconded the council recessed, subject

Carol Street A coiiuuunication signed by Keith and Robert Major, and Edwin
Iut rovement . Goldanuiier requesting the improvement of Carol Street from Houbh Parlq
Road westerly to the westerly line of Rosewood Drive was ordered
referred to the City Engineer, on motion by Mr. Willcoxon, seconded ;
by Mrs . Fisher.
