Ei ! 11Following a suggestion by Mr. Jobe, Mr. Willcoxon offered a motion, ; ; seconded by Mrs. Fisher, that the council give the contractors a j ivote of confidence until such time that any charges can be proved. 1 , The motion won unamimous approval. r After several questions, Mr. Riner said he wanted additional time f I�,study before he made any further statements.
