Arch Report. ; Pipe between Binder Drive and Castle Drive on Livingston Street to replace the existing C.M. Pipe, which will be salvaged by the City and to be used at some other location. The committee further i recommends the City Engineer to obtain bids on the required pipe if and installation. IThe committee also recommends no parking on both sides of Court Street." On motion by Mr. Jobe, seconded by-Mr. -Vanderfeltz, the following Water, Ga ' report submitted by Mrs. Fisher, chairman of the Committee on & Electri , Water, Gas and Electric Lights, was approved; "The Water, Gas and Lights , Light Committee recommends to the Council of the City of Jefferson 'Committee. Mo. , for its approval, the following: One (1) street light on pole : between 2518 and 2520 Willow Drive. ; The Committee did not approva a light in the 400 block of Case Avenue." Regular Meeting, October, 16, 1961 Finance Comm. On motion by Mr. Willcoxon, seconded by Mrs . Fisher, the following report submitted by Mr. Willcoxon, chairman of the Finance Committee'i was approved: "The Finance Committee met at the City Hall at 7 P.M. 0 Tuesday, Oct . 10 , 1961, with the following members present: Mr. Willcoxon, chairman, presiding; Mrs. Fisher, Mr. Riner, and Mr. Kliegel. In addition, the City Clerk was present, along with Mr. Ernest Wolf, , auditor. After a discussion with Mr. Wolf concerning completion of the recent, audit, the committee adopted a motion offered by Mr. Riner, seconded by Mrs. Fisher, recommending that the audit be accepted and approved; 'Mr. Wolf also explained that the bid price of completing the audit yas $1,450.00, which included the furnishing of three copies. As a ,result of a request for a total of 12 copies, he requested an 'additional bill for $187 .50 . This matter was approved by the ' committee." Financial The September financial report prepared and read by the clerk showing Report. 'a total balance of $729,431. 23, was approved on motion by Mr. Willcoxon, seconded by Mr. Riner. Bond SA1e On motion by Mr. Willcoxon, seconded by Mrs. Fisher, the Clerk' s Parking Lot . Office was given authority to initiate action for the sale of the .remaining bonds authorized for the Off-Street Parking Facility, which amounts to a total of $250,000 . Engineer' s A letter from the engineer proposing three plans for a change in Proposal specification relative to the base and finishing of Southwest in re Boulevard (Arthur Ellis Boulevard) , ow under contract, was read rthur Ellis by the Clerk. Following a lengthy discussion, the council adopted BLud. a motion offered by Mr. Willcoxon, seconded by Mr. Scrivner, requesting the work proceed according to present specification and that the city maintain as needed. Urban Renewal A letter from the Engineer was read by the clerk with reference to Program. additional personnel., equipment and space for the engineer' s department as a result of the Urban Renewal Program. The letter concluded: "The writer reconm►ends that the City Council. favor and approve the above and that the City Attorney together with the City Engineer and the Executive Director of the Urban Renewal Authority, draw up the necessary documents for the purpose of entering into an agreement to do this engineering work. On motion by Mr .
