Absent: D. Jobe. A quorum was declared present. Minutes The minutes of the last meeting, February 20, 1961, were approved on motion offered by Mr. Willcoxon, seconded by Mr. R. Jobe. Rezoning Speaking from the gallery, Wayne R. Walquist, Payne Drive, spoke Trinity in favor of a proposed ordinance to come up later with reference Lutheran to the rezoning of inlots 602, 603 and 604, the entire block Property bounded by Madison, McCarty, Monroe, and Miller Streets, from a district "C" multiple dwelling district to a district "G" Commercial . district. Rezoning Orville Hudson, 213 E. Cemetery Association for the calendar year of 1961 was approved on motion offered by Mrs. Fisher, seconded by Mr. Willcoxon. Trailer A letter from the City National Savings and Loan Association, signed Ordinance by James M. The following report was received from the Street Committee: Street r. Joe N. Moseley' s request for permission to grade and gravel ColeCommittee 'fiDrive, the committee recommended request be granted, providing Mr. Report Moseley furnish all drainage pipe and work to be done under the ;supervision of the City Engineer. Request by Ferd G. Balkenhol to extend pipe at 1152 E. Atchison St. , ,the committee recommends pipe be extended at property owner' s expense. Condition of Bald Hill Road surface in the 1400 and 1500 block, we recommend that bids be requested for a 1-1/2-inch black laboratory hot-mix surface. Report was signed by Robert E. Dorr, committee chairman.
