A quorum was declared present.
Mr. Willcoxon, reported that the Airport Commission would li
ermission to build about one-fourth mile of road and close the `
resent road into the Airport.
The report was approved and the request granted.
On motion of Mr. Dorr, the City Engineer was instructed to
stablish a sewer district in Jordan Hills Subdivision.
City Attorney Thomas Rose, reported that a man named
orge Wagner advised him that his wife had fallen on the sidewalk
n High Street near The Central Missouri Trust Company in
cember, 1958 and asked if the City would pay her doctor bills
ounting to about $350.00.
The report of Mr. Rose was ordered filed.
On motion made and seconded, the Council recessed subject to
all of the chair. i
