A quorum was declared present.

On motion of Mr. Willcoxon, the Mayor was authorized to appoint II
three appraisers to set the value of land on Hough Park Road in
front of Roseland Subdivision. III
It was moved by Mrs . Fisher that the widow of Mr. Pendleton be paidi�
Ithe full month salary for the month of May, 1958 .
The motion was adopted.
1l Mayor Ellis read a letter from Mr. Alex Vetter, Chairman of the
4Mayor' s Off Street Parking Committee, in regard to Parking Lot "A"
of the Bartholomew Plan.

On motion of Mr. Willcoxon, the Mayor was authorized to appoint
: three appraisers to make appraisel of Parking Lot "A" .
16610/The following ordinance was introduced.
"An Ordinance repealing Ordinance 6609 pertaining to the
! salaries and compensation of all elective officials, appointive
officials and employees of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and !
! enacting a new ordinance pertaining to the same subject ."

4 An Ordinance providing for the repairing, surfacing and
; resurfacing, by the City of Jefferson, of the alley in the block I+
; between East Capitol Avenue, Water Street, Monroe Street and
�JAdams Street, all of said improvement to be within the limits of ;;
; sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing of
! District No. Two of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and for the J
issuance of Special Tax Bills, not exceeding sixty cents (60)
, per Front foot, against the adjoining property fronting or bordering
!: on said street to pay for said improvements ."
