Motion by Werkman second by Nederhoff to approve the Minutes of the December regular meeting. All ayes, carried.
Motion by Van Heiden second by Buseman to approve the Treasurer’s Report for December. All ayes, carried.
Motion by Van Heiden second by Buseman to approve the following bills for payment. All ayes, carried.

Leon Abels presented public works information. Discussed repairs to the oiler. Leon will get prices for repairs.
Merrill Lindaman turned in a letter of resignation effective April 30, 2010.
Motion to approve the following Fire Department Officers: Rodney Kolthoff, Chief; Mark Wiltfang, Assistant Chief; Rick Riebkes, Captain; and Lance Van Heiden, Captain. All ayes, carried.
Motion by Buseman second by Lance to give Leon Abels and Merrill Lindaman a 3% pay increase for FY 2011. All ayes, carried.
Motion by Buseman, second by Eilderts to increase Wendy Lage’s hours to 35 per week with a 2.5% raise for FY 2011. Office hours will be 8-4 Monday through Friday. Increase vacation
to 2 weeks and sick leave to 4 days per year. All ayes, carried.
Motion by Van Heiden second by Buseman to approve Resolution 01-2010. A resolution designating the Grundy Register as the official newspaper for the City of Wellsburg. Roll call of
votes. All ayes.
Motion to adjourn Van Heiden second by Buseman. All ayes, carried.
