A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA TO ENTER INTO
A STORM WATER BMP (BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES) MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT WITH , OWNER
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, wishes to enter into a Storm Water BMP (Best
Management Practices) Maintenance Agreement with
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TIFFIN, IOWA, that the Mayor and City Administrator /Clerk may enter into a Storm
Water BMP Agreement with
ON THE 8th day of August, 2012, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF
TIFFIN, IOWA TO ENTER INTO A STORM WATER BMP (BEST MANAGEMENT
PRACTICES) MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH
OWNER, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson
Ball.
Ayes : Ryan, Bartels, Weipert, Ball, Upton
Nays: none
Motion carried.
WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA TO ENTER INTO A STORM WATER BMP (BEST
MANAGEMENT PRACTICES) MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH
OWNER, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED, by the Council on the 8th day of August 2012, and approved by the Mayor
on the 8th day of August 2012.
