APPROVING TRANSFER OF ERIK BETANCOURT FROM THE STREETS
AND ROADS DEPARTMENT TO PARKS DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Laborer in the Parks Department; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to fill said position; and
WHEREAS, Erik Betancourt is a Laborer in the Streets and Roads Department; and
WHEREAS, Erik Betancourt has applied for said position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that
ERIC BETANCOURT
will be transferred from Laborer in the Streets and Roads Department to Laborer in the
Parks Department of the Borough of Carteret, effective February 11, 2002. At a rate of
$12.50 per hour;
BE IT RESOLVED that said transfer is subject to approval by the New Jersey
Department of Personnel;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Erik Betancourt and AFSCME Local #229l have
approved the salary to be paid to Erik Betancourt.
