Voice vote 2) Seeking a motion to approve the minutes of the March 31, 2014 Special Meeting as presented. Voice vote D) PUBLIC COMMENTS E) FINANCIAL REP ORT S 1) Financial reports through February 2014. 2) Seeking a motion to approve the financial reports as presented . Roll call vote. 3) Review and approval of new 3 year contract, years ending April 30 2015, 2016 and 2017, with Lauterbach&Amen, LLP. 4) Seeking a motion to approve the new 3 year contract as presented. Kaminski – reinstatement of original service period has been paid in the amount of $8,785.81. 2) Of ficer J. Kopek paid $43,406.73 for 2 years of military service. His revised hire date is March 25, 1990. H) UNFINISHED BUSINESS – None I) NEW BUSINESS 1) Investment Performance Report for the 1st Quarter 2014. 2 ) Seeking a mo tion to accept the Investment Performance Report as presented.
