APPOINTING SPECIAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
(SLED II)
WHEREAS, there is a need for Special Law Enforcement Officer (SLED II) in the
Borough of Carteret; and _
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to make said
appointment;
, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council that the
ping individual is hereby appointed Special Law Enforcement Officer (SLED II)

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be implemented in accordance
r the Borough's established hiring procedures fof such position and as provided by law
ctive January 1, 2023 pending successful completion of fitness evaluation.
