Special Meeting, January 8, 1964
Mayor Pro Tem Perry W. Hawes, Jr. in the Chair.
Councilman Willcoxon explained that he and Mr. Kliegel had called a special
meeting so as to place Bill No. 123 on third reading for final passage.
Present: Debo, Hawes, Hogg, Kliegel, Riner, Scrivner and Willcoxon. 7 Roll Call.
Absent: Cline, Jobe and Robinson. 3
A quorum was declared present.
On motion of Mr. Willcoxon, all rules were suspended and Bill No. 123 Bill No. 123,
entitled: "An Ordinance of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, authorizing and
directing the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City, in the name of an in behalf d, the
City to execute an agreement with the State Highway Commission of Missouri Agreement with
relating to U. S. Highway 54" was called up for third reading and final passage. State Highway
The Bill was read the third time by title and placed on final passage and was Commission
passed by the following vote as Ordinance No. 7463. Relating to
Ayes: Debo, Hawes, Hogg, Kliegel, Riner, Scrivner and Willcoxon. 7 U. S. Highway
Absent: Cline, Jobe and Robinson. 3 54.
Nays: None.
On motion of Mr. Willcoxon, the Council adjourned under the rules. Adjournment.
