E. Hayes seeking abandonment of that
way of old AlA lying in lots 1 and 2
Beach Shore Acres has been presented
and this petition is attached hereto
this resolution:

and becomes a part of
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Commission of
the Town of Gulf Stream does hereby vacate and abandan that
portion of Old AlA as stated above and is in the petition.
