The Committee voted to hold for further study a letter from F. X. McGovern requesting the City to consider hiring a electrical maintenance man . Upon presentation of petitions from citizens, the Committee approved the fol.iowing and recommends approval by Council: 1. Replace an incandescent street light at the corner of West Main and East Circle Drive with a new 6,800 lumen mercury vapor 1 light . 2. Install a new 6,800 lumen mercury vapor light near 96 Bolton j3 Drive. 3. Replace an incandescent street light at the corner of Polk and ; Hough Streets with a new 6,800 lumen mercury vapor light. 4.
