Ray Dupree has a variety of distinguished accomplishments which are attached in his biography. Shane Hinson has recently purchased half interest in the RE/MAX Resort Realty office which has been established in McCall since 2009. MCCALL ID { Marketing Strategies Listing lease on local MLS(Mountain Central Association of Realtors) s Advertising restaurant on national internet sites, in particular, Loopnet, Costar, Biz Buy Sell, Craigslist Advertise in local print media, Star News, Idaho Statesman, Homes and Land f Advertise in local social media, specifically Facebook and Instagram The winter season is the "stress"time for the restaurant. We suggest these winter season activities to bring more business during that season. We will present these ideas as we market the restaurant: 1. A small snow park outside the viewing area, lighted at night, where families can view their children playing in the snow, all the while enjoying a hot meal with hot drinks and cookies when the children come inside. 2.A"snow-shoe" golf Frisbee course. This is a rapidly growing summer sport, why not winter? 3.A large life size pay to play"digital driving course"with a score keeper function that compiles each participant's score with prizes at the end. Ray and Shane think of themselves as "outside the box" real estate agents, and will also actively look for buyers by contacting prospects in our local business sphere in both the Boise and McCall marketplace. Proposed Fee Structure Our total commission fee is 6% of the total of the lease. 3% would be shared with a cooperating brokerage. After graduating from college in 1993, 1 moved to South Carolina and then eventually back to Idaho in 2001. I've been involved in family owned businesses my entire life. I worked as a young adult for my families' business, and then branched out on my own and started a power sports business in McCall ID in 2001. Two weeks after I graduation he reported to Pensacola, FL., as a newly commissioned 2nd Lt. in the t U.S. Marines for Navy/Marine Corps flight training. Ray spent several years as a Marine Corps officer and pilot, and retired as a Major. Upon leaving the service, he joined American Airlines to begin a career of just short of 34 years. Being based in New York City, Dallas, Chicago, and Seattle, and flying both domestic and internationally, he has accumulated over 27,000 flight hours.
